I told you so…

I hate to say I told you so

Don’t pretend you didn’t hear,

I craftily predicted fate

Which You stubbornly ignored.

The world will spin and wander

Upon predicted course,

While you and I shall argue

Upon every stupid curse.

So heed a heavy warning

From the fellow that you flee

A bird jumps, not just to fly,

Departure only leaves,

And Flowers never smell so sweet

When bought for guilty deeds;

And kisses never last that long

With those not in your dreams.
