‘Liar!’© (Poem)

The Devil starts a fire

When a liar shouts ‘liar’

And it’s easily spread

Through the easily lead;

But the one who stands accused

Might be telling the truth,

And what will you do

When they say the liar is you?

Don’t trust too soon

Those holding a fuse.

Jealousy, envy, anger and greed

Cause her…  to mis-lead,

You think she’s great

But that’s your mistake,

Empowered by your belief

Arouses her to deceive

Cause it’s only fun

When she, gets what she wants

But, what will you do

When they say the liar is you?

Don’t trust too soon

Those holding a fuse.
